Long
Dry Lightning Labs is an independent studio in Arizona building software, mobile apps and video games. Founded in 2026 by Garret Frazier, a golf professional of nearly twenty years turned developer, the studio works by its slogan: Code. Create. Play.
Its first title, Bitcade, is a free arcade of fifty-one original games playable in any web browser, with world leaderboards, daily challenges, weekly tournaments and a walkable neon arcade floor. An Android app is on the way.

Founder
Garret Frazier is the founder and lead developer of Dry Lightning Labs. Before starting the studio, he spent nearly twenty years as a golf professional: teaching players of every level, running corporate, charity, USGA and SCPGA tournaments, and working as a master club fitter for every major golf brand. A lifelong fan of games and computers, he completed Fullstack Academy's cybersecurity bootcamp and founded Dry Lightning Labs in 2026, launching Bitcade as its first title.
