Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
The short version
This website doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking, and it has no accounts. We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't identify you. We don't collect, sell or share personal information through it. The only way we get information about you is if you contact us.
Who we are
drylightninglabs.com is run by Dry Lightning Labs LLC, a company based in Arizona, USA ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website only.
What happens when you visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical details from each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use that information to identify or profile visitors. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
To see how many people visit and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't follow you to other sites; we only see totals, such as page views, countries and the kind of device. Everything else the site needs, including its fonts and images, is served from this site itself.
When you contact us
If you email us or use a contact form on this site, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write, plus the topic, budget or timeline if you choose them. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. Contact forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (Web3Forms Privacy Policy); email to our domain is passed along by Cloudflare Email Routing; both end up stored with our email provider. We'll never add you to a mailing list or share your message with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Our games and apps
Each game and app we make has its own privacy policy, which explains what that product collects and why. For Bitcade, see the Bitcade Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to other places, such as Bitcade and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have from you, or to delete your emails with us. Just write to the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
